Michael Conti

Michael Conti is a Director at The Overture Group in the search division. He has worked as a search consultant for over 10 years. Upon joining The Overture Group in 2012, he helped launch their professional search division that concentrates on fulfilling the non-executive leadership hiring needs of our clients. Prior to working in the search industry, Mike worked in financial services for one of the largest banks in the world.

Mike focuses on finding Finance and HR leaders that make a difference throughout all industries. He also specializes in finding executives and leaders that help our professional services and technology clients. Mike is passionate about improving how talent acquisition is performed. He enjoys working with clients to form a well-rounded talent strategy, involving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and the best talent assessment, interviewing, and onboarding techniques. 

Mike is a professional affiliate of the Illinois CPA Society and a committee leader of the Career Management Group for Chicago’s Financial Executive Institute (FEI) chapter. He also is on the Illinois Council for the nonprofit Feed My Starving Children. 

Mike has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Finance from Illinois Wesleyan University where he was a D-III All American track athlete and member of the football team.
