Jaime Mead

Jaime Mead is the Recruiting Talent Manager at The Overture Group. Jaime is responsible for supporting the full recruitment cycle, corporate marketing, as well as recruiting. 

Jaime is a genuine people person and uses that passion to connect businesses and people to meet their optimal career goals. Jaime is effective in creating and maintaining personal and professional brands to assist clients and build relationships. Her energy and discipline is evident by her consistent follow through and strong client/candidate focus.

She thrives in an environment where the ultimate success of her team depends on her ability to be goal-driven, think outside the box, and implement new ideas. Jaime is self-starter that is able to anticipate needs, bring order to chaos, and meticulously manage the workload of the team in order to effectively meet the needs of the recruiting process.

Jaime is strong in her convictions. She is passionate about her community and building meaningful relationships with others, always leading by example. She serves on the board of ImpactCR, is the Membership Recruitment Chair for Junior League of Cedar Rapids, and is a member of Corridor Business Builders. 

Jaime is an Iowa native, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Iowa State University, with endorsements in Talented and Gifted, Math and Reading and her Masters in Teaching from Morningside College. She taught in the Cedar Rapids area for seven years before electing to leave to pursue interests and passions in the business community.
