Brandi Adam Mueller is Managing Director and Founding Partner of The Overture Group, LLC. who works with clients to strategically solve their talent needs.

With over 20 years of experience in Executive Search and Talent Strategy in the Midwest, Brandi professionally facilitates the entire recruiting process between the client and candidate. Passionate about understanding motivations, and communicating career opportunities, Brandi’s strong emotional intelligence enables her to identify the candidate’s top achievements to accurately match to the client’s culture and expectations. Her ability to build trust with both the clients and candidates is the connecting link in the recruiting process.

Successful in placing financial, technical and “C-Level” positions, her track record includes various industries and positions in manufacturing and distribution, finance and insurance, healthcare, construction and professional service firms.

Brandi is a 2015 CBJ Women of Influence recipient, serves as Board Chair for Youthport and is a board member of YPN. She was a recipient of the Corridor Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 in 2010; is a Leadership for Five Seasons 2009 alumna and graduate of Leadership Iowa. 

Brandi earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Resources from the University of Northern Iowa. She lives in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with her family, is proud of her agriculture roots, and enjoys traveling, boating, and cooking.
