Bill Wright

Bill Wright is a Director with The Overture Group. He has been an executive search consultant for over 25 years, providing executive search and staffing solutions to client leaders. Prior to joining the Overture Group in 2010, he was a Manager with RSM McGladrey’s Human Capital practice and Managing Director of his own executive search firm, Wright & Associates. Bill is very passionate about finding the right solution that can bring significant cultural change and make an impact with his clients for years to come.

Bill’s largest body of work has been in the manufacturing, engineering, professional services, and information industries, although he has led numerous searches for senior corporate officers and division presidents outside of these industries. Bill has been particularly successful in serving leading edge manufacturing clients, assisting those organizations in addressing leadership needs resulting from record growth. Bill has completed well over 350 executive searches for those clients nationally , across all functional disciplines.

Bill is active in his community, currently serving as President of the Streamwood Park District Board.  He also serves with area school district U-46 Governing Board for Alignment Collaborative Education, Chairman of the U-46 Alignment Collaborative Education Operating Board and he is a licensed Illinois High School Association Soccer Coach.  Bill is a member of the German American Chamber of Commerce.

Bill has a BS degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO.
