Bill Napolillo

Bill Napolillo is a Director of Research and Candidate Development.  He has over 25 years of Human Resources and Recruiting experience with the last 10 years being devoted to Executive Search.  Prior to joining The Overture Group in 2014, Bill worked in electro mechanical manufacturing industry.  Additionally, Bill worked with RSM McGladrey’s Strategy and Human Capital practice.

A Human Resources professional by trade, he has specialized in high level searches in both the corporate world and executive search for senior leadership roles in Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain, focusing on CFO’s, Controllers, VP’s of Operations, VP’s of Human Resources, Board Members and CEO’s.

Bill is an innovative and growth oriented Executive Sourcer, Recruiter, and Relationship Manager with deep business experience across all disciplines. He has a diverse background in manufacturing, professional services, and HR consulting. Bill plays a critical role as coach, business partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders that he works with. He is a creative and objective problem solver, and delivers results with client focus and steady executive presence that makes him a “game changer.”

Bill attributes his success to finding top talent to his strong networking skills, social media, business experience and his ability to build relationships.  His vast experience includes recruiting for Fortune 100 companies and executive search.

Bill is a member of the Oak Brook Chapter of SHRM and is active in local and national issues through his community church.

Bill has a BS degree in HR Management from DePaul University and graduate work in Spiritual Studies from Loyola University.  Additionally, Bill is a graduate of The Second City Theater, Chicago.
